- The services of a guide during sightseeing, as well as the cost of cable ride to Manakamana Temple and boat ride to Barahi Temple, will require additional charges to be paid by the guests directly.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone bills, bar bills, tips, gratuity, and bottled water are not included in the package and should be settled by the guests.
- Entrance fees for museums and monuments, as well as any upgradation charges and optional tours, should be paid directly by the guests at the respective locations.
- Any additional costs incurred due to extra sightseeing or extended usage of the vehicle beyond the itinerary will be charged directly to the guests.
- In case of unforeseen events like flight delays, rescheduling or cancellation, landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances, any resulting expenses will be the responsibility of the guests and should be settled on the spot.

About Vehicles:
- Vehicles in Nepal are not available for personal use and guests must adhere to the timings provided by our local representative to ensure the itinerary is completed on time.
- In Chitwan, vehicles for transfers and jungle activities are provided by accommodations and may vary from what is stated in the voucher, with some not having air conditioning.
- Standard packages in Nepal do not include a guide, but guests can request one via email for an additional charge.
- We reserve the right to change the vehicle during the tour in case of operational or mechanical issues.
- If any scheduled sightseeing is closed, we will arrange an alternative for the same day.
- Guests are requested to be considerate towards the drivers, who may not be well-versed in tourism etiquette due to their background.
- Cancellation rules apply to the entire tour package, including transportation costs, due to limited availability of vehicles.
- AC is generally not necessary in Nepal, but can be requested for an additional fee. The AC will only be operational while the vehicle is in motion.
- Vehicles from Kathmandu are not permitted for sightseeing in Pokhara, so a local vehicle will be provided instead.
