Package Inclusions:

Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 1: Shimla

Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Station, proceed towards Shimla by road. Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, is surrounded by lush pine, deodar, oak, and rhododendron forests. It was also the summer capital during the British Raj. Check into your hotel in Shimla and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla

After a delicious breakfast, embark on an excursion to Kufri and later visit the Himachal State Museum, Vice Regal Lodge, Jakoo Hill, Lakkar Bazaar, and take a leisurely walk through the Mall Road. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Manali

Enjoy an early breakfast and then proceed to Manali. Check into the hotel and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Manali

Start your day with a visit to the Hadimba Temple, Manu Mandir, Vashisth Kund, Tibetan Monastery, and the Handicraft Centre. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore Manali on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Manali

After breakfast, visit the picturesque Solang Valley or optionally, you can choose to visit Rohtang Pass (at your own expense). Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Dharamshala

After a hearty breakfast, drive to Dharamshala. Enroute, visit the Baijnath Temple and Bir Monastery, where you can explore the Tibetan carpet-weaving factory. Upon arrival in Dharamshala, check into the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Dalhousie

Start your day with an early breakfast and then proceed to Dalhousie. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later, embark on a local sightseeing tour of Dalhousie, visiting attractions like Panchpula and Subhash Bowli. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 8: Dalhousie

After breakfast, take a day excursion to Khajjiar, also known as the mini Switzerland of Himachal Pradesh. This place is famous for its natural meadows and is a popular spot for excursions and summer getaways. Return to the Dalhousie hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Chandigarh

After an early breakfast, drive to Chandigarh and check-in at the hotel upon arrival. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy at your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel.

Day 10: Chandigarh

Start your day with an early breakfast and visit the Rock Garden. Afterward, transfer to Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.

Package Exclusions:

2. Cost of Insurance: Please note that travel insurance rates will vary based on the age of passengers. Senior citizens will be charged an additional fee.
3. Entry Fees: Any kind of entry fees are not included in the package.
4. Increase in Airfare and Government Taxes: Please be aware that any increase in airfare, government taxes, surcharges, or the applicability of new taxes from the government are not covered in the package.
5. Upgradation in Hotel Room Category and Airline Class: Any upgradation in hotel room category or airline class will incur additional charges.
6. Cost of Pre or Post Tour Hotel Accommodation: The cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation is not included in the package.
7. Extra Expenses: Any extra expenses such as route change, date change, accommodation facilities, etc. that are incurred due to unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour are not covered.
8. Porterage, Laundry, Telephone Charges, Shopping, and Alcoholic Beverages: Charges for porterage, laundry, telephone usage, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature, and any food or drink that is not part of the set group menu are not included in the package.
9. Personal Emergencies: Any extra costs incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency are not covered.
10. Additional Services or Activities: Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary are not part of the package.
11. Anything Not Mentioned: Anything specifically not mentioned in the 'tour price includes' column is not included in the package.

Terms and Conditions:

The rates provided are valid for a minimum of two passengers traveling together.

Please note that the rates mentioned are applicable only for Indian nationals.

All the services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Kindly note that only one extra bed or mattress is allowed per room. This extra bed refers to a mattress or roll-over extra mattress placed on the floor, in cases where a proper extra bed is not available.

If any guests are unable to climb higher floors, we kindly request you to inform us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for rooms on the ground floor, subject to availability.

Please be aware that there will be no refund in the event that any of the sightseeing activities are missed or remain uncovered during the trip.

For the next day's sightseeing schedule or transfer timings, please consult the driver or local representative.

Please note that the vehicle provided is not at disposal. It is meant for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

The price mentioned is based on the "Base" category of hotel rooms, airline seats, and ferry seats. This is irrespective of the package category chosen.

All Hotels/Transport rates are based on current tariff & subject to change without prior notification; the revised rates will be charged extra.

Due to unforeseen situations (force majeure/ traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions/ Bandh/ curfew, Union strike, VVIP movement, etc.) the program may get delayed/shuffled. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in ASAP.

Monument will remain closed on Public holidays & Sundays.

It is mandatory to carry photo Passport.

Visa Charges will be non-refundable if the visas have already been processed.

The total amount of the Booking shall be paid by the client no later than 30 days prior to the date of travel. If the client fails to pay the balance amount within this stipulated time of 30 days prior to the date of travel, then the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled and the entire Booking Amount shall be forfeited by our Company and the client shall not be entitled to any refund of the same.

Hotel Check-In is at 1400/1500 Hrs. and Check-Out is at 1100/1200 Hrs.

Cheque Payment Subject to Realization. Booking will proceed after the Cheque Realisation.

All special requests like early Check-In, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and same cannot be guaranteed prior.

The above quotation is based on specific airline and hotels. In case if the same are not available as specified above, alternate options will be suggested. The difference in cost if any is payable extra.

Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs

Peak Season / Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time of confirmation.

Midnight Surcharge will be applicable for transfers between 2300 hrs. to 0700 hrs.

All the above room/rooms are of the lowest base category of the hotel.

Under unavoidable circumstances itineraries may be changed or reversed, however all inclusions in the itinerary will remain same.
