Terms and Conditions:

1. For bookings made 45 days before travel, a minimum booking amount of Rs.50,000 per person is required.
2. For bookings made within 21-45 days of travel, a minimum booking deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking.
3. For bookings made within 21 days of travel, 100% of the amount is required to confirm the booking.
4. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
5. The tour package includes flights, visa, and insurance.
6. If you wish to cancel the tour 30 days before travel, a cancellation charge of 10% of the tour value will be applicable.
7. If you wish to cancel the tour within 15-30 days of travel, a cancellation charge of 50% will be applicable.
8. The tour is completely non-refundable if cancelled within 15 days of travel.
9. Please note that the tour cost is a combination of EUR and INR prices. The EUR component for the tour is 2,500 EUR (calculated at a rate of 87 INR per EUR). If there are any changes in the EUR and the exchange rate of EUR to INR exceeds 90 at the time of travel, the difference will be payable extra and collected at the time of balance payment.
10. In case of visa rejection, an initial booking amount of Rs. 50,000 will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.
