Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival At Srinagar J&K

Upon your arrival in Srinagar, our representative will be waiting for you at the airport to assist you. They will then accompany you to your hotel where you can check in and settle in. Half day of Srinagar Sightseeing. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 2: Full Day Excursion to Doodhpathri

Following breakfast, prepare yourself for a day excursion to Doodhpathri, also known as the "Valley of Milk". Located 40 kilometers away from Srinagar, this hidden gem in Kashmir offers breathtaking green meadows, a pristine environment, and a sense of tranquility.

The journey from Srinagar to Doodhpathri takes approximately one hour by cab. Upon arrival, a short 5-minute walk from the parking area will lead you to a river flowing over pebbles. As you explore, you may encounter a shepherd attentively watching over his flock grazing on the lush meadows, as well as some cattle and horses. Once you reach the river, you can indulge in the refreshing experience of dipping your feet in the crystal-clear, icy water.

One of the highlights of this excursion is the opportunity to ride horses (at an additional cost) and venture towards the snow-covered mountains, as well as engage in trekking activities. The ideal time to visit Doodhpathri is between May and July, when the weather is pleasant and mild, with temperatures ranging from 10 to 15 degrees Celsius.

Afterwards, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day Excursion to Gulmarg

Embark on a delightful journey to Gulmarg after a satisfying breakfast. The picturesque views of this location will leave you in awe. Upon arrival, the vehicle will drop you off at the parking area in Gulmarg, which is approximately 1-1.5 km away from the Gondola. From there, all sightseeing can be done on foot or by opting for a horse ride or ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) at your own expense, as there are some union issues involved.

Make sure to indulge in pony rides to the enchanting Maharani Temple and the captivating St. Mary's Church (additional charges apply). The Maharani Temple, constructed in 1915 by Mohini Bai Sisodia, the wife of Maharaja Hari Singh - the last Dogra king of Jammu and Kashmir, houses shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. This temple holds significance as it was featured in the Rajesh Khanna and Mumtaz starrer, Aap ki Kasam.

St. Mary's Church, built during the British rule, is a century-old architectural marvel. In 2003, it underwent renovations, giving it a fresh facade, and the first Christmas mass in 14 years was held here. This church, made of grey stone walls, exudes a mesmerizing charm during the winter season, especially when surrounded by snow. Its green tiled roof, adorned wooden walls, and overall size give it a countryside chapel-like ambiance.

A must-try experience is the Gondola ride (cable car), which is highly recommended. It takes you to Kongdori (Phase 1) and Apharwat Peak (Phase 2), both located at one of the highest altitudes in Asia.

The two-stage gondola lift transports visitors to and from Kongdoori Mountain, a shoulder of the nearby Afarwat Peak (4,200 m / 13,780 ft). The first stage transfers passengers from the Gulmarg resort at 2,600 m (8,530 ft) to Kongdoori Station, nestled in the bowl-shaped Kongdori valley. The second stage of the ropeway, consisting of 36 cabins and 18 towers, elevates skiers to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori Mountain. The Gondola ride operates from 10 AM to 5 PM, allowing ample time to enjoy this!

Day 4: Departure from Srinagar

Following breakfast, please proceed to check out and transfer to Srinagar Airport in order to board the scheduled flight for your onward destination. The tour concludes with cherished memories.
