Please take note of the following important information:

1. The drivers in Bali can only communicate in basic English and can provide limited information about the tour destinations. If you require a knowledgeable guide who can accompany you and provide detailed information, we can arrange a licensed guide for an additional fee.

2. The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of people traveling. If you have extra or oversized luggage that requires additional vehicles or a vehicle with a larger capacity, extra charges will apply.

3. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers mean that you will be sharing a bus with other passengers. Please ensure that you are at the designated pick-up location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that there may be a waiting period of approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic, the location of your hotel, and the pick-up of other guests.

4. If you need to change the pick-up timing for private tours or transfers, please make the request at least 24 hours in advance through the Telegram app. Last-minute changes cannot be accommodated.

5. It is mandatory to fill out the Customs Declaration online before arriving in Bali. You can download the Bali Customs Declaration Form from the Indonesian customs website or obtain it at the airport upon arrival. 6. During hotel check-in, the hotel may require you to make an advance/security deposit, the amount of which will depend on the hotel's policy.
