CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Confirmation of cancellation from our end is necessary for a reservation to be considered cancelled. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days before the passenger's arrival, cancellation expenses will be charged as per the following table: · 14 – 08 days before arrival: 50% of the total price · 07 – 00 days or in case of a no-show by the passenger: 100% of the total price. Unused services or changes in itineraries made by passengers without permission are not eligible for a refund.
BAGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed to carry 02 normal-sized suitcases in all modes of transportation. Passengers are fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip. For land transport, it is advised to keep luggage and personal belongings with you. Any placement of luggage in the vehicle is at the user's own risk. We recommend that passengers be present during loading and unloading of baggage. The conditions of transport companies will apply to baggage on air, rail, sea, or road transport, with the ticket serving as the binding document between the mentioned companies and the passenger. In case of any damage, loss, or delay of baggage, the passenger must file a claim with the Transport Company. Additional charges may apply for the transport of large volumes of luggage such as bicycles, surfboards, etc. Please consult for more information. Economy class tour packages may have a baggage allowance of 15kg for air transport. The company reserves the right to charge a supplement or refuse baggage that exceeds this weight or size.
