Allow yourself to be gracefully escorted to the airport, where your departure has been meticulously arranged. Reflect upon the cherished moments and unforgettable experiences that have adorned your trip, for you shall return home with a heart brimming with joyous memories.

- Service providers such as Coach Drivers and Local Guides expect to receive tips.
- The recommended tip amount is EUR 3 per person per day.
- The total tips amount for the entire 8-day tour is Euro 24 per person.
- The tips should be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
- The tour cost does not include charges for POE (Point of Entry).
- Porterage is not included in the tour.
- Private airport transfers and the cost of suggested/optional excursions are not included in the tour cost.
- Any personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, and food and drink not provided by the tour are not included.
- Meals other than those mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
- The booking amount is a minimum of Rs.50,000 per person if booked 45 days before travel.

- The minimum booking amount per person is Rs.50,000 if the booking is made 45 days before the travel date.
- To confirm the booking within 21-45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of 25% of the booking amount is required.
- If the booking is made within 21 days of travel, the full amount is required to confirm the booking.
- The passport should have a validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- The tour package includes flights, visa, and insurance.
- Cancellation of the tour is possible up to 30 days before travel by paying a cancellation charge of 10% of the tour value.
- If the cancellation is made within 15-30 days of travel, a cancellation charge of 50% will be applicable.
- Within 15 days of travel, the tour is non-refundable.
- The tour cost is a combination of EUR and INR prices, with the EUR component set at 1500 EUR (based on a ROE of 90 per INR).
- If there are any changes in the EUR and the ROE increases beyond 90 at the time of travel, the difference will be payable extra during the balance payment.
- In case of visa rejection, the initial booking amount of Rs. 50,000 will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
