Arriving in Geneva, our tour manager or local representative will be waiting to greet and assist you at the airport. Afterwards, we will make our way to the hotel for check-in. (Dinner)

Exclusions:

Tipping is expected from all service providers, including Coach Drivers and Local Guides. It is mandatory to tip EUR 3 per person per day. For the entire 9-day tour, the total Tips amount is Euro 30 per person, to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
The tour cost does not include POE charges.
No porterage is included.
Private airport transfers and the cost of Suggested/Optional Excursions are not included.
Any personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not provided in the regular menu, minibar, telephone calls, etc. are not included.
Meals other than those mentioned in your itinerary are not included.

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. Passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
2. The tour package includes Flights, Visa, and Insurance.
3. The specific airlines will be revealed 90 days prior to your travel date.
4. Cancellation of the tour is possible up to 30 days before travel, with a 10% cancellation fee based on the tour value.
5. If cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days before travel, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
6. Within 15 days of travel, the tour is non-refundable.
7. Please be aware that the tour cost consists of both EUR and INR components. The EUR component is 2,000 EUR (calculated at a rate of 90 INR per EUR). If there are any changes in the EUR and the exchange rate exceeds 90 INR per EUR at the time of travel, the difference will be collected during the balance payment.
