Day Wise Itinerary:

Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar Airport & Exploring Local Attractions in Srinagar:

Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. After refreshing yourself, embark on a visit to the beautiful Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Pari-Mahal, and Chashama Shahi. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 02: Excursion to Gulmarg (Approx. 50 Kms, 2-3 hours Journey):

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, which is located 56 kms away from Srinagar. Gulmarg is renowned for its exceptional ski slopes and boasts the highest golf course with 18 holes in the world. You can also visit the famous Aparwath sightseeing spot by taking Asia's largest cable car (additional cost). In the evening, return to your hotel in Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Srinagar – Pahalgam (Approx. 90 Kms, 2-3 hours Journey):

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam. On the way, you will have the opportunity to visit the saffron fields, Apple Tree Garden, and Bat Factory. In Pahalgam, you can explore the famous attractions such as Aru, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley by hiring a Taxi Union Vehicle (additional cost). In the evening, return to your hotel in Pahalgam for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04: Pahalgam – Srinagar (Approx. 90 Kms, 2-3 hours Journey):

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar. En-route, you can visit the Sun Martand Temple, Awantipuram Ruins, and Shankarchariya Temple. Later, enjoy a delightful one-hour shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at a Houseboat.

Day 05: Local City Tour & Srinagar Airport Transfer:

Following breakfast, engage in personal activities such as shopping or embark on a local city tour. This tour will include visits to Jamia Masjid, Hazratbal Shrine, Badamwari, and Hariparbat Fort (if time permits). Afterward, we will drop you off at Srinagar airport two hours prior to your flight departure.

Please note that due to Taxi-Union restrictions, our vehicle is not permitted to conduct sightseeing tours of Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg. Guests will need to arrange for a union vehicle directly and make the payment accordingly. Alternatively, we can arrange for a union vehicle at an additional cost as mentioned in the Package Cost Exclude column.

- Airfare is not included in the package, unless specifically mentioned or added.
- Guests are responsible for paying entry charges to monuments, museums, and forts directly.
- Laundry services, phone calls, beverages, and meals not indicated in the itinerary are not included.
- Tips of any kind, personal costs, and optional tours and excursions are not covered.
- Anything not mentioned in the 'Inclusions' section is not included in the package.
- The package does not cover the cost of airfare, unless it is explicitly stated or added.
- Guests are required to pay for entry charges to monuments, museums, and forts separately.
- Additional services such as laundry, phone calls, beverages, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not part of the package.
- Tips, personal expenses, optional tours, and anything not specified in the 'Inclusions' section are not included.
- The package does not cover expenses for airfare, unless otherwise specified. Entry charges to monuments, museums, and forts are to be paid by the guest. Additional costs for laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, tips, personal expenses, optional tours and excursions, and anything not listed in the 'Inclusions' section are not included.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Confirmation of cancellation from our end is necessary for a reservation to be considered cancelled. If a cancellation is received less than 60 days before the passenger's arrival, cancellation expenses will be charged as per the following table:
· 14 – 08 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
· 07 – 00 days or in case of a no-show by the passenger: 100% of the total price.
Unused services or changes in itineraries made by passengers without permission are not eligible for a refund.

BAGGAGE

Each passenger is allowed to carry 02 normal-sized suitcases in all modes of transportation. Passengers are fully responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the trip. For land transport, it is advised to keep luggage and personal belongings with you. Any placement of luggage in the vehicle is at the user's own risk. We recommend that passengers be present during loading and unloading of baggage. The conditions of transport companies will apply to baggage on air, rail, sea, or road transport, with the ticket serving as the binding document between the mentioned companies and the passenger. In case of any damage, loss, or delay of baggage, the passenger must file a claim with the Transport Company. Additional charges may apply for the transport of large volumes of luggage such as bicycles, surfboards, etc. Please consult for more information. Economy class tour packages may have a baggage allowance of 15kg for air transport. The company reserves the right to charge a supplement or refuse baggage that exceeds this weight or size. It is recommended not to store valuables, medication, passport, documents, or money inside baggage. If you wish to do so, please make a declaration before traveling.

TIPS / TAXES / TICKETS

Tickets to museums and sites during excursions are included in the package. Tips of any kind are not included and are at the discretion of the passenger.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Passengers must possess a valid passport and any necessary visas for countries that require them. Passengers under 18 years of age must have an authorization letter.
