To secure your seat, a deposit must be paid upon reservation. Please provide your name, phone number, and address, along with the designated tour and date of travel. Seat assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis after the down payment has been received.
Travel Documents

Examples of acceptable travel documents include the Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and more. Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. However, please be aware that cancellations incur costly charges from our esteemed travel and hotel providers, as they cover penalties and fees associated with canceling confirmed and pending bookings. As a result, cancellation penalties and fees will be applicable. The time of cancellation will be determined upon receipt and confirmation of the notice by our office. Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted):
- Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of the total purchase amount.
- 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of the total purchase amount.
- 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
- Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Please note that unused features are non-refundable, and in the case of a no show, the entire payment will be forfeited. The refund amount, if applicable, will be credited directly to your World Tour And Travel wallet as credits for future use. Alternatively, the refund can be forwarded directly to your credit card, with a 6% handling fee.
