Day 01: Arrival in Dubai - Enjoy an Evening Dhow Cruise
Upon your arrival at the Airport Arrival Terminal, our representative will be there to meet you. They will be holding a sign with your name written on it, making it easy for you to spot them. From there, you will be escorted to a waiting vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your hotel.
Dubai Creek holds great historical significance for the city, as it divides it into two distinct sections, Bur Dubai and Deira. Both sides of the creek are adorned with stunning architectural marvels, making a visit to the creek an absolute must. However, instead of simply strolling along the coastline, why not embark on a dhow cruise to elevate your sightseeing experience?
The dhow is a traditional boat that was once used by Bedouins for trade and transportation. Today, these dhows have been transformed into floating restaurants, featuring both lower (air-conditioned) and upper (open-air) decks. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink and treated to delicious barbecued dishes as the dhow sets sail. |
Day 02: Morning Half Day City Tour and Evening Desert Safari
Following breakfast, embark on a comprehensive half day city tour of Dubai. Your adventure begins at the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall, where you will be treated to a captivating multimedia presentation that unveils the rich history of Dubai and the remarkable tale of the Burj Khalifa.
Board a high-speed elevator that ascends at a remarkable speed of 10 meters per second, transporting you to the observation deck. As the elevator doors open on the 124th floor, be prepared to be mesmerized by the awe-inspiring panoramic view of the city, the desert, and the ocean, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Take your time to soak in the breathtaking scenery for approximately half an hour before descending.

Day 04: Enjoy a Relaxing Day - Shopping + Dubai Marina

In the afternoon, make your way to Wafi Mall for more shopping options and a delightful dining experience. Later on, head to Dubai Marina and enjoy your time at The Walk at Dubai Marina. This vibrant area is packed with shops, located near the beach, and bustling with activities and people. Spend a few hours at Dubai Marina, perhaps even have dinner there, before returning to the hotel in the evening. |
Day 05: Departure from Dubai
For your departure, we will pick you up from the hotel lobby at the designated time stated in your voucher. Please ensure that you are present in the lobby 15 minutes prior to the given time. Kindly note that the vehicle will not wait, and no refund will be provided if you miss the transfer. Tour ends with sweet memories!

Important Notes:
- The Tourism Dirham Fee varies depending on the hotel rating, with rates of 10 AED for 3-star hotels, 15 AED for 4-star hotels, and 20 AED for 5-star hotels. This fee must be paid either during check-in or check-out, in accordance with the hotel's policy.
- The type of vehicle provided for transportation will be determined based on the number of people traveling. If additional vehicles or a vehicle with a larger capacity is required due to extra or oversized luggage, extra charges will apply.
- If the stay is located outside the city area, additional charges will be applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
- Private Transfers do not imply that the vehicle is at your disposal throughout the day. The vehicle will only pick you up and drop you off at the specified timings and attractions. The maximum waiting time for private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not present at the pickup point within this time, it will be considered a No Show.
- Seat in coach (SIC) transfers mean that you will be sharing the bus with other passengers. Please ensure that you are present at the designated pickup location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Depending on traffic, hotel location, and picking up other guests, you may have to wait for approximately 30-45 minutes.
- The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change, either being moved earlier or later, based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any changes will be communicated through a message on the Telegram app.
- The maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will search for you in the lobby, concierge area, or contact your hotel room. If there is no response within 5 minutes, the guide/driver will depart, and it will be considered a No Show.
- For pickups and drop-offs in residential areas, private vehicles will be used, and an additional surcharge will apply. This surcharge must be paid directly at the time of pickup.
- Early check-in is not guaranteed in Dubai, so if you arrive before 3 pm, there may be a waiting period.
- Consider choosing apartments or 4-star hotels if you prefer larger room sizes, as some hotels like City Max, Howard Johnson, and City Season Towers have smaller rooms (215 sq ft, 260 sq ft, and 240 sq ft respectively).
- If you are traveling with elderly people, infants, or pregnant women, it is not advisable to participate in the Desert Safari. However, you can still enjoy the desert safari experience without dune bashing.
- Most tours and transfers in Dubai are on a Seat in Coach basis (SIC), which means they may include multiple pickup points (around 4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
- If your hotel is located in Deira, you may be one of the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off during shared tours and transfers. To avoid this, it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
- Please note that the food quality on the Dhow Cruise or Desert Safari may not meet your expectations, so it is possible that you may not like it.
- All Dubai hotels charge a Tourism Fee in AED, which should be paid either during check-in or check-out from the hotel.
- The food options on the Creek cruise are limited. For a better dining experience, we suggest upgrading to the Marina or Canal cruise.
- When visiting the Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque, it is important for all travelers to follow the dress code. Women and men should wear long, loose-fitting trousers or skirts that cover the ankles, and women must also wear a headscarf.
- Transporting alcohol in a vehicle or during a tour is strictly prohibited, with a substantial fine of AED 50,000 if caught.
- Any changes to the pickup timing for private tours/transfers must be requested at least 24 hours in advance through the Telegram app. Last-minute requests will not be accommodated.
- It is advisable to purchase a SIM card with data upon arrival at Dubai airport to easily communicate with drivers, as WhatsApp calls are not functional in Dubai.
- Upon hotel check-in, guests may be required to provide an advance/security deposit, which will be refunded at check-out, minus any charges for items from the mini-bar, late check-out, or damages.
- Tickets for attractions, museums, transportation, and activities are not included unless explicitly stated in the package.

- We reserve the right to issue a full refund if we are unable to provide services due to technical reasons.
- The cost and tickets for children's entry to attractions are based on the age provided during the booking process. Any additional charges due to height discrepancies or incorrect passport information must be covered by the customer.
