The minimum booking amount per person is set at a lavish Rs.50,000 if the booking is made a grand 45 days before the commencement of the journey. However, if the booking is made within the window of 21-45 days before travel, a minimum deposit of 25% of the booking amount is required to confirm the reservation, adding an air of exclusivity to the process.

For those who prefer to leave things to the last minute, within 21 days of travel, the entire amount must be paid in full to secure the booking, ensuring a seamless and opulent experience.

It is of utmost importance that your passport remains valid for a regal period of 6 months from the date of departure, ensuring smooth passage through customs and immigration.

Rest assured, dear traveler, that this extraordinary tour includes not only flights but also visa and insurance, providing you with the utmost peace of mind and convenience.

In the event that circumstances change and you find yourself needing to cancel your reservation, please take note of the following cancellation charges. If the cancellation is made 30 days before travel, a modest 10% of the tour value will be charged as cancellation fees, allowing for flexibility and understanding.

Should you find yourself needing to cancel within 15-30 days of travel, a cancellation charge of 50% will be levied, reflecting the meticulous planning and arrangements made on your behalf.

However, please be aware that within 15 days of travel, the tour becomes non-refundable, as preparations and arrangements have been made to ensure an unforgettable experience tailored specifically to your desires.

It is important to note that the cost of the tour is a combination of the esteemed EUR component and the INR price. The EUR component for this extraordinary tour is set at a remarkable 1200 EUR, with a Rate of Exchange (ROE) of 90 per INR. In the event that there are any fluctuations in the EUR and the ROE surpasses 90 at the time of travel, the difference will be payable separately and collected at the time of the balance payment, ensuring transparency and fairness.

In the unfortunate event of a visa rejection, please be aware that cancellation charges amounting to Rs. 20,000, along with the actual visa fees paid per person, will be charged. However, rest assured that the remaining balance will be promptly refunded, as we understand the importance of flexibility and customer satisfaction.
