It's incredible to think that the temple itself dates back to the 6th century!
Right next to the pagoda, we'll visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex. This is where the revered revolutionary leader and President Ho Chi Minh rests in eternal peace. You'll also have the opportunity to see his modest stilt house from the outside. After taking in the sights, we'll take a break for a delicious lunch before continuing our adventure.
Our next destination is the One Pillar Pagoda, a significant landmark in Hanoi. This Buddhist temple, shaped like a lotus flower, holds great historical importance. Emperor Ly Thai Thong constructed it based on a dream he had about a Buddhist goddess. Although the original pagoda was destroyed during the French colonization, it has been rebuilt on top of the original pillar.
We'll then make our way to the Museum of Ethnology, a unique Vietnamese museum dedicated to showcasing the rich culture and history of the country's 54 recognized ethnic groups.
