Day 4: Coach Transfer from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur (7-8 hours) - KL Night Tour

After enjoying your breakfast, it is time to check out from the hotel and make your way to the bus station for your coach transfer to Kuala Lumpur. The journey will take approximately 7 to 8 hours. Once you arrive at Kuala Lumpur Bus Station, our representative will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to your hotel in KL.

You will then have the rest of the day to explore Kuala Lumpur at your own pace or you can opt for an optional tour of the Kuala Lumpur Cultural Night Tour. This tour will take you to visit the Kuala Lumpur City Gallery, the Mahamariamman Temple, and the Petaling Street (Open Air Bazaar of China Town). You will also have the opportunity to admire the breathtaking night view of this vibrant city.

After a day full of exploration, you will spend the night at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 5: Batu Caves - Full Day Genting Highlands (Cable Car)

Commence your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey to Genting Highlands. Along the way, we will make a brief stop at Batu Caves - a remarkable limestone hill adorned with a series of caves and cave temples. This sacred site is dedicated to Lord Murugah, a revered Hindu deity.

Continuing our drive, we will reach the Genting Skyway Lower Station, where we will board a cable car that will transport us to the majestic peak. The cable car ride lasts approximately 15 minutes, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape (please note that cable car operations are subject to weather conditions).

Situated at an elevation of 2000 meters above sea level, Genting Highlands provides a refreshing escape from the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. Here, you can indulge in a plethora of thrilling activities, luxurious amenities, and world-class entertainment, akin to an international resort destination.

After a day filled with excitement and enjoyment, we will return to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur, cherishing the memories created during our visit to Batu Caves and Genting Highlands.

Day 6: Departure From Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

On the sixth day, it is time to depart from Kuala Lumpur. After having breakfast, you will need to check-out from the hotel. If your return flight is scheduled for the evening, you can store your bags in the cloak room and take some time to go shopping in Kuala Lumpur. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home. This marks the end of the tour, leaving you with sweet memories.

Important Notice:

Individuals who are 12 years old or older must receive two doses of WHO-approved vaccines in order to enter Singapore. If you are traveling with a child who is above 12 years old, please ensure that they have received both doses of the vaccine. Failure to do so will result in a mandatory 7-day quarantine upon arrival in Singapore.

For travelers who have been fully vaccinated, it is necessary to complete the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) up to 3 days prior to arrival. Once you have submitted your SGAC, you will receive an email confirmation that can be presented during pre-boarding and immigration checks for a smoother process.

Please note that private transfers do not include the option of keeping the vehicle at your disposal. The vehicle will only transport you to and from the specified attractions at designated times. The maximum waiting time for private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not present at the pickup point within this timeframe, it will be considered a No Show.

Shared (SIC) transfers involve transportation in a bus shared with other passengers. It is important for you to be present at the designated pick-up location or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Please be aware that there might be a waiting period of approximately 30-45 minutes depending on factors such as traffic, the hotel's location along the route, and the pick-up of other guests.

The pick-up timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change, either being moved earlier or postponed, based on your hotel's location and the route taken by the pick-up vehicle. Any changes will be communicated through a message on the Telegram app.

Please note that the maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pick-ups is 5 minutes. The guide or driver will search for you in the lobby, concierge area, or contact your hotel room. If there is no response from your room, the guide or driver will depart after waiting for 5 minutes, considering it as a No Show.

For pick-up and drop-off in residential areas, private vehicles will be used and an additional surcharge will be applicable. This surcharge must be paid directly at the time of pick-up.

If you are traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur or vice versa by coach, please be aware that the journey may take approximately 6-7 hours. Coaches can experience delays if there is a high volume of people at immigration.

All theme parks, both indoor and outdoor, located at Genting Highlands are currently closed. However, visitors still have the opportunity to enjoy the cable car ride at Genting. Many travelers perceive it as a waste of time to solely engage in the cable car ride without exploring other attractions.

In the event that your accommodation is situated outside the city area, additional charges will be applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges must be paid directly prior to boarding the vehicle.

The type of vehicle provided will be determined by the number of individuals traveling. If travelers have extra or oversized luggage, there may be extra charges incurred for additional vehicles or a vehicle with a larger capacity.

It is important to note that private transfers do not imply that the vehicle is at your disposal throughout the day. The vehicle will only pick you up and drop you off at the specified attraction at designated timings. The maximum waiting time for private tours/transfers is 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you are not present at the pickup point within this timeframe, it will be considered a No Show.

The check-in time for most hotels in Singapore is 2 pm, although some hotels may have a check-in time of 3 pm. It is important to note that early check-in is not guaranteed, so if you arrive early, you may need to wait until the designated check-in time.

When it comes to tour pickups, it is crucial to be ready at the specified time mentioned in the itinerary. The drivers may not wait if there is any delay, so it is essential to be punctual.

During sightseeing tours, there are no guides provided. Instead, you will be dropped off and picked up at the attractions, and you will need to explore them on your own.

In 3-star and some 4-star hotels in Singapore, the room sizes are relatively small. For example, Boss Hotel, V Hotel Lavender, and J8 Hotel have room sizes of 150 sq ft, while Ibis Novena, Parc Sovereign Tyrwhytt, and Aqueen Lavender have slightly larger rooms ranging from 130 sq ft to 200 sq ft. If you prefer more spacious accommodations, it is recommended to upgrade to good 4-star hotels.

All tours and transfers are conducted on a Seat in Coach (SIC) basis, unless you choose to convert them to private. It is important to note that tours may include multiple pickup points, typically 4-5 hotels, to accommodate other passengers.

The vehicle provided will be determined based on the number of people traveling. However, if additional vehicles or a vehicle with a larger capacity is required due to travelers carrying extra or oversized luggage, extra charges will apply. These charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.

If the stay is outside the city area or in a residential area, there will be additional charges for both private and shared transfers. These charges must also be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.

For any changes in the pickup timing of private tours or transfers, a request must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the Telegram app. Please note that any last-minute change requests will not be considered.

Starting from January 1, 2023, hotels in Malaysia will charge a tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night. This tax must be paid directly to the hotels at the time of check-in.

During check-in at your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance or security deposit, the amount of which depends on the hotel's policy. This deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, minus any charges for items taken from the mini-bar or other additional charges such as late check-out or damages to the accommodation.

The pricing and tickets for various attractions, in relation to any children traveling, are determined based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decides to impose additional charges based on the height of the children or incorrect information as per the Passport, then the customer is responsible for covering the cost on-site.
Please ensure that the passports of all traveling guests are valid for a minimum of 6 months from the travel date.
We can only assist in the visa application process for the traveling passengers. The decision to grant a visa is solely at the discretion of the Embassy. If the visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason, we are not liable to provide any refund and the respective cancellation policies will be applicable.
