• Bookings made >45 days prior require an initial **Rs. 50,000** deposit, followed by another **Rs. 50,000** within a week.
• Full balance must be cleared **30 days before departure**.

- Taxes & Surcharges: Any sudden hikes in baseline airfares, Visa fees, airport taxes, fuel surcharges, or newly instituted government taxes.
- Booking Deviations: Cost differentials stemming from personal changes to travel dates, flight routes, hotel upgrades, or premium airline seating.
- Exchange Rate Hikes: Price escalations due to currency exchange fluctuations taking effect prior to the tour’s departure date.
- Personal Incidentals: Hotel porterage, laundry fees, direct phone bills, alcoholic beverages, unlisted meals, or shopping expenses.
- Emergency Coverage: Financial expenses incurred due to individual illnesses, personal accidents, medical hospitalizations, or force majeure events.
- Extra Stays: Costs tied to pre-tour or post-tour hotel bookings outside the regular group calendar.
Booking Terms & Conditions
💵 Payment Schedule & Deposit Milestones
• Bookings made >45 days out: An initial deposit of Rs. 50,000 per person is required at booking, followed by an additional Rs. 50,000 per person within exactly one week.
• Bookings made within 45 days: A upfront minimum deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 per person is required immediately.
• Final Clearance: The full 100% outstanding balance payment must be settled at least 30 days prior to your travel date. Failure to comply gives the company the right to cancel bookings and retain deposits.
❌ Cancellation Policy & Visa Rejections
• Cancellations >30 days before departure: Subject to a fee equal to 10% of the total tour value.
• Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before departure: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 15 days of departure: Completely non-refundable. No refunds are granted for any unutilized services.
• Visa Rejection Clause: In the event of a visa rejection, a fixed cancellation fee of Rs. 30,000 per person applies in addition to any visa application fees already processed.
🏨 Hotel Timings & Tour Logistics
• Check-in & Check-out: Standard international check-in begins at 1500 hours, and check-out is mandated at 1100 hours. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. To guarantee immediate early check-in, charges equal to one full night’s stay apply.
• Passport Criteria: Passports must hold a minimum validity of 6 months from your exact departure date.
• Group Passenger Minimums: A minimum of 20 passengers is required to operate the tour block. If the group falls short, it may be merged with a similar tour, guaranteeing all listed sightseeing remains fully intact.
