The vehicle specified in the booking will be provided. Additional charges will apply if an extra or upgraded vehicle is needed due to passengers carrying excessive or oversized luggage.

Please note that tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, etc. are not included unless explicitly stated as part of the package.

Hotel
During check-in at your hotel, the hotel may request an advance/security deposit (amount depends on hotel policy). This amount will be refunded upon check-out, minus any charges for items taken from the mini-bar or other additional fees (such as late check-out or damages to the accommodation).
Please take note that the availability of airline seats and hotel rooms is subject to confirmation. In the event that the listed hotels are unavailable, we will make arrangements for alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard.
Kindly be informed that there will be no refund for unused nights or early check-out, except in cases of medical conditions where the hotel policy will be taken into consideration.
The check-in and check-out times at hotels will adhere to the respective hotel policies. However, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges imposed by the hotel.
Please be aware that the price quoted does not include personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, and other similar charges.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to various reasons including, but not limited to, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, flight cancellations/re-routing, closure of or entry restrictions at a place of visit, and other unforeseen circumstances. While we will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives, we cannot be held responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from such situations.
Please note that in the event of flight cancellation, we will not be responsible for providing alternate flights at the same cost. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the traveler.
If your stay coincides with special dates such as 24th December, 31st December, 14th February, etc., when the hotel organizes gala dinners, there may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges that you will need to pay directly to the hotel.

We offer various payment methods for your convenience. You can choose to pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT, or deposit cash of Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to the Income Tax ACT.
Please note that there are non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts. These fees include:
1. Financing charges: 1% per day of the pending amount, compounded daily.
2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of the pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower, starting from the second week.
Kindly be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice if payment is not received by the due date. Any cancellation costs incurred will be your responsibility.
It is important to follow the above-mentioned payment terms to avoid any changes in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, hotels, ferry, etc. Please note that failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in an increase in the total package cost, which will need to be borne by the guest.

To modify or alter your booking, kindly submit your request in writing to worldtourandtravelg@gmail.com. We will consider such requests based on availability. It is important to note that any changes made to your booking will be treated as a new reservation. If the modification is made during the cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be applicable, similar to if a cancellation was made on the date of the amendment request.
