• Promotional Pricing Framework: This premium package is locked at a fixed rate of ₹1,25,000 Per Person (PP), which fully integrates all standard municipal taxes and return international flight tickets departing from Delhi, India (DEL).
• Minimum Booking & Volume Discount: Promotional rates strictly require a minimum of two adults booking together. For families or groups consisting of four adults or more, an additional volume discount of up to 5% will be applied to the overall package balance.
• Inventory Subject to Confirmation: The real-time availability of commercial airline seats and 4-star hotel rooms remains subject to formal carrier confirmation. In the event that the listed properties are fully occupied, World Tour And Travel will arrange alternative accommodations in a hotel of similar standard.
• Unused Inventory Forfeiture: Kindly be informed that there will be no refunds issued for unused nights or early check-outs, except in verified medical situations where the specific hotel property’s corporate policy will be taken into consideration.
• Dynamic Tariff Fluctuations: Travelers must note that package inventory costs, ferry tariffs, and transportation rates are heavily influenced by market tariffs and seasonal surcharges, meaning they may vary without prior notification.
• Itinerary Modification Rights: We reserve the absolute right to modify or alter the daily routing sequence at any point due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, Force Majeure events, strikes, regional festivals, weather conditions, airline overbookings, flight re-routing, or unexpected destination entry closures. We cannot be held responsible for any refunds or compensation claims arising from these scenarios.
• Flight Cancellation Risk Management: In the event of an abrupt flight cancellation by the operating airline, World Tour And Travel will not be held responsible for providing alternate flights at the same base cost. Any additional differential costs incurred to secure new flights must be borne entirely by the traveler.
• Mandatory Festive Gala Dinners: If your travel dates coincide with special high-occupancy dates (such as December 24th, December 31st, or February 14th) where the chosen hotel organizes mandatory gala events, the associated Gala Dinner Charges are not covered in the package and must be paid directly to the property desk.
• Regulatory Travel Rules: Country entry guidelines, visa protocols, and border restrictions may change without prior notice. We strongly advise travelers to independently verify their travel eligibility and rules on the official government portals before departure.
• Third-Party Service Provider Limitation: We specialize in organizing holidays and carefully vet third-party elements. However, we do not own, operate, or maintain any airlines, shipping lines, ferry vessels, coach companies, hotels, or restaurants. Therefore, travelers must strictly comply with the separate terms and baggage regulations set by each provider. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, actions, deficiencies, injuries, or losses caused by these independent third parties.
• Liability for Property Damage: If a traveler causes any physical harm or material damage to a service provider’s asset (such as hotel room items or vehicle interiors), they will be held solely liable for compensation. If the provider bills our agency, the exact amount will be charged separately to the client.
• Booking Amendments & Written Logs: To modify or alter an active booking, a formal request must be submitted in writing to worldtourandtravelg@gmail.com. All amendments are treated as brand new reservations subject to real-time availability. If changes are logged during an active cancellation period, standard hotel and airline cancellation fees will apply.

💳 Payment Options & Overdue Financing Policy

For your convenience, we offer secure payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT, or direct Cash Deposits up to a maximum limit of **₹1,99,000** (in strict adherence to the Income Tax Act rules).

• Financing Late Charges: Overdue amounts past the agreed deadline will automatically incur non-refundable financing charges fixed at 1% per day of the pending balance, compounded daily.
• Financing Processing Surcharges: Starting from the second week of a payment delay, an additional processing surcharge will be applied at 5% per week of the pending amount or ₹10,000 per week, whichever is lower.
• Default Trip Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your holiday package itinerary without prior notice if payments are not settled by the due date. Any non-refundable airline or hotel cancellation costs incurred as a result will remain your responsibility.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Failure to strictly adhere to payment timelines may result in an increase in the total package cost due to fluctuating seat brackets, which must be covered by the guest.
• Anti-Fraud Security Policy: For your financial protection, World Tour And Travel will never ask you to make payments to a personal account. All transactions must be completed securely through our verified website gateway or official corporate bank account.
