Day 01: Arrival at Chiang Mai Airport transfer to Chaing Mai Hotel -PVT
Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, located in Suthep subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai district, Chiang Mai province in northern Thailand, you will be greeted by your chauffeur cum guide. He will assist you with transfer to your designated hotel in Chiang Mai. The remainder of the day is free for you to relax and enjoy. Have a pleasant overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Half-Day City and Temple Tour – SIC

Day 04: Half Day City Tour (04 HRS) -SIC
On Day 04, you will embark on a half-day city tour of Chiang Rai after enjoying your breakfast at the hotel. Your knowledgeable chauffeur cum guide will accompany you throughout the tour. Once the tour concludes, you will be safely transported back to your hotel. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Day At Leisure
After having your breakfast at your hotel day is free for you! You can do shopping or some tour activties. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 06: Departure
After having breakfast! Your tour concludes with joyful memories as we provide a private transfer from your Chiang Rai Hotel to Chiang Airport on the designated day.

Important Notes:
– The type of vehicle provided for tours and transfers in Thailand is based on the number of people traveling.
– Additional charges may apply if extra vehicles or vehicles with bigger capacity are required due to travelers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
– If the stay is outside the city area, extra charges will be applicable for both private and shared transfers.
– These extra charges must be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
– Private transfers do not mean that the vehicle is at your disposal. The vehicle will only pick you up and drop you off at the attraction at specified timings.
– The maximum waiting time for private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within this time, it will be considered a No Show.
– Seat in coach (SIC) transfers involve shared bus transportation with other co-passengers.
– It is requested that you be at the place of pick up or hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the pickup time for SIC transfers.
– Depending on traffic, location of the hotel on the route, and picking up of other guests, you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes for SIC transfers.
– The maximum waiting time for shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area, or call the hotel room. If there is no response within 5 minutes, it will be considered a No Show.
General:
– Unless explicitly stated, tickets to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included in the package.
– For any queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
– In the event that we are unable to provide the services due to technical reasons, we reserve the right to issue a full refund.
– It is important to ensure that the passports of all traveling guests are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
– We can assist with the visa application process for passengers, but the granting of the visa is solely at the discretion of the Embassy.
– If the visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason, we are not responsible for any refund and the respective cancellation policies will apply.
– Upon arrival at the hotel, guests may be required to provide an advance/security deposit, the amount of which is determined by the hotel’s policy.
– This deposit is fully refunded upon check-out, except for deductions for any items consumed from the mini-bar or additional charges incurred (such as late check-out or damages to the room).
– For tours and transfers, the cost and tickets for attractions for children are calculated based on the age provided during the booking process. Any discrepancies in information, such as height or passport details, may result in additional charges that will be the responsibility of the customer at the destination.

– Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability upon confirmation.
– If the listed hotels are unavailable, alternative accommodation of a similar standard will be arranged.
– No refunds will be provided for unused nights or early check-outs, except in cases of medical conditions subject to hotel policy.
– Hotel check-in and check-out times will adhere to hotel policies, with early check-ins or late check-outs subject to availability and possible charges.
– The price does not cover personal expenses like laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, tips, etc.
– We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to various reasons such as Force Majeure events, weather conditions, overbooking, etc., without liability for refunds or compensation claims.
– If a flight is canceled, we are not obligated to provide an alternate flight at the same cost, with any additional costs to be covered by the traveler.
– Special dates like Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day may incur mandatory Gala Dinner Charges at hotels.
– Country guidelines may change without notice, so travelers should check travel rules and eligibility on the regulatory website before booking.

– We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, shipping companies, coaches, hotels, transport, restaurants, kitchen caravans, or other facilities or providers engaged in providing services during your tour.

– For example, you should check the baggage rules of the airline and the mealtime rules of the hotel.
– The company is not responsible or liable for any consequences if you fail to comply with these rules and regulations.
– If you cause any injury or damage to the service provider, you may be held liable and we may separately charge you for any monies recovered by the service provider.
– We cannot be held responsible or liable for any delays, deficiencies, injuries, deaths, losses, or damages caused by the actions or defaults of the service providers, their employees, or agents.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
– The hotel cancellation policy will determine the terms and conditions for cancelling a hotel reservation.
– If the hotels are non-refundable, there will be no refund provided in case of cancellation.
– Transfers or activities included in the trip will not be eligible for a refund if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.

– Entrance tickets, once booked, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
– A service charge of 5% on the total value will be applied for cancellation of Land.

Payment Policy:
– Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT, or cash deposit of Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to the Income Tax ACT.
– Non-refundable financing fees are charged for overdue amounts.
– Financing charges are 1% per day of the pending amount, compounded daily.
– Processing charges for financing are 5% per week of the pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower, starting from the second week.
– We have the right to cancel your trip without notice if payment is not received by the due date, and any cancellation costs will be your responsibility.
– Failure to follow the payment terms may result in changes to the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, hotels, ferry, etc.
– The total package cost may increase if payments are not received as per the mentioned terms, and the additional cost will be borne by the guest.
– We will never request payment in a personal account; please make payments through our website or our company bank account.
