– In the event of a visa rejection, cancellation fees of Rs. 30,000 per person will apply, in addition to any visa fees incurred.
– Passports must remain valid for at least six months from the departure date.
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel will incur a fee of 10% of the total tour value.
– For cancellations within 15 to 30 days of travel, a charge of 50% of the tour value will be applicable, while cancellations made within 15 days are entirely non-refundable.
– International check-in is at 1500 hours and check-out at 1100 hours; early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
