- The type of vehicle provided will correspond to the number of passengers. Should extra or oversized luggage necessitate a larger vehicle, supplementary charges will be incurred.
- Shared transfers (SIC) involve traveling in a bus with fellow passengers. We kindly ask that you arrive at your pickup location or hotel lobby at least five minutes before the scheduled time.
- Please be prepared for a potential wait of 30 to 45 minutes, influenced by traffic conditions, hotel location, and the collection of other guests.
- The maximum waiting period for shared pickups is five minutes. The guide or driver will search for you in the lobby or concierge area and may attempt to contact your hotel room.
- If there is no response from your room, the guide or driver will depart after five minutes, marking it as a No Show.
