– A minimum booking amount of Rs. 45,000 per person is required if the reservation is made at least 21 days prior to the travel date.
– The total balance payment must be completed 21 days before the scheduled travel.
– Full payment is mandatory as per the outlined policy.
– If the client fails to comply with these payment terms, the company has the right to cancel the client’s booking and retain the deposit.
– Passports must remain valid for at least six months from the departure date.
– Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before travel by paying a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost.
– For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before travel, a fee of 50% of the tour value will apply.
– Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are entirely non-refundable.
– Clients are encouraged to review the cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
– It is advisable to ensure all travel documents are in order well in advance of the departure date.
