📋 Dubai Visa Requirements
Please keep the following mandatory documents ready for processing your visa:
- Passport: Original Indian passport with a minimum validity of 06 months beyond the travel dates.
- Photograph: 01 recent normal passport-size photograph taken against a plain white background.
ℹ️ Terms & Conditions
• Booking Deposit: INR 20,000 per person required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be fully cleared at least 20 days prior to the departure date.
• Rate of Exchange (ROE): ROE will be calculated dynamically at the time of final payment.
• Flight Details (LCC): The airline utilized operates as a Low-Cost Carrier (LCC). No complimentary meals are served on board. Baggage allowance is strictly limited to 20 kg check-in luggage and 7 kg cabin luggage per passenger. Excess baggage fees must be borne directly by the guest.
• Seat Selection: We cannot pre-assign seats for group tours. Guests wanting seats together must make a request at the airport boarding counter during check-in.
• Hotel Details: Check-in time is 15:00 Hrs and Check-out time is 11:00 Hrs. The baseline package cost covers standard category rooms. Supplement costs for early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades must be paid by the guest.
• Meals Provided: Hotels serve fixed American or Continental breakfast selections. Lunch/Dinner items included are pre-set by the restaurants. Veg/Non-Veg choices remain subject to restaurant or airline availability.
• Child Policy: CNB (Child No Bed, Ages 2–6) does not include an extra bed in the room. CWB (Child With Bed, Ages 6–11) includes an extra bed setup.
• Tour Operations: Group tour operations depend strictly on a minimum participation requirement of 20 paying adult passengers.
• Ground Logistics & Transfers: Direct joining guests are responsible for making their own hotel transfers on check-in and check-out days. During sightseeing, drivers will park as close to targets as legally possible; any final walking distance or secondary local transfers must be managed by the guest. Seating inside vehicles is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Itinerary Execution: The timeline will be strictly adhered to. Under exceptional/unavoidable conditions, the Tour Manager may amend schedules in coordination with the Head Office. Amending schedules for individual convenience is not permitted.
• Important Disclaimers: We are not responsible for delays or non-refunds caused by coach breakdowns, immigration issues, custom clearance deportations, or left/unattended items inside tourist vehicles. There are no refunds for unutilized services.
• Tax & Regulatory Changes: Any increases in visa fees, fuel surcharges, airline base rates, or changes in governmental taxes will reflect in the package cost.
• NRI Passengers: NRI passengers residing in India for more than 180 days must independently secure a Police Clearance Certificate from the Commissioner of Police. A copy of the passport along with the page showing the latest India arrival stamp must be submitted.
