Day 1: Arriving in Auckland and Going to the Hotel

When you land in Auckland, you’ll get off your flight and go through customs and immigration. After you grab your luggage, a friendly representative will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name. They will help you with your bags and take you to your private transfer vehicle.

Once you arrive at your hotel, the staff will help you check in and make sure everything is ready for your stay. After checking in, you can relax and freshen up after your trip. You’ll spend the night in Auckland.

Day 2: Journey from Auckland to Rotorua (With Stops at Waitomo Caves and Hobbiton)

Day 10: Leaving Auckland This morning, after having breakfast, it’s time to check out of your hotel. You’ll be taken to the airport to board your flight back to India.

  • Additional costs from unexpected changes like route alterations, airline switches, date changes, or accommodation adjustments due to unavoidable circumstances during the trip.
  • Charges for porter services, laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic drinks, personal items, and meals not included in the group menu.
  • Any extra expenses incurred by an individual due to illness, accidents, hospital stays, or personal emergencies.
  • Fees for services or activities not listed in the group tour itinerary.
  • If a passenger chooses to join directly, they will be responsible for their own airport transfer costs and will meet the group at the hotel.

Terms And Conditions:

  • To book your trip, you need to pay at least Rs. 75,000 per person if you make the reservation 60 days before your travel date.
  • If you are booking within 60 days of your travel, the minimum deposit required is Rs. 1,50,000 per person.
  • You must pay the full remaining balance 30 days before your travel.
  • It’s important to follow these payment rules; otherwise, the company can cancel your booking and keep your deposit.
  • If your visa application is denied, there will be a cancellation fee of Rs. 50,000 per person.
  • Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your departure date.
  • The tour package includes flights, visa processing, and insurance.
  • You can cancel your tour up to 45 days before travel by paying 25% of the total tour cost as a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 45 days before travel, the cancellation fee increases to 50%.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days are not eligible for any refunds.
