Sydney Tours and Transfers The majority of tours in Australia commence in the early morning, typically between 7 and 9 am. Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Hotel cancellation will adhere to the hotel's cancellation policy. In the event of cancellation, if the hotels are non-refundable, no refund will be provided for the hotel bookings. If any transfers or activities are included in the trip, they will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date, unless otherwise specified in the "Points to Note" section during the quotation stage. It is important to respect the cancellation policies of different service providers accordingly. Once entrance tickets are booked, they become non-refundable unless specified otherwise. In case of cancellation or amendments, there will be a service charge of 5% on the total value for both Land and any amendments made. Please note that any transfers or activities included in the trip will be non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the travel start date.
Payment Options:
We offer various payment methods for your convenience. You can choose to pay using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, SWIFT, or deposit cash of Rs 1,99,000/- in adherence to the Income Tax ACT.
Please note that there are non-refundable financing fees for overdue amounts. These fees include:
1. Financing charges: 1% per day of the pending amount, compounded daily. 2. Processing charges for financing: 5% per week of the pending amount or INR 10,000 per week, whichever is lower, starting from the second week.
Kindly be aware that we reserve the right to cancel your trip without notice if payment is not received by the due date. Any cancellation costs incurred will be your responsibility.
It is important to follow the above-mentioned payment terms to avoid any changes in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, hotels, ferry, etc. Please note that if payments are not received as per the mentioned terms, there might be an increase in the total package cost, which will need to be borne by the guest.

Amendment Of Booking By Guest:
To modify or alter your booking, kindly submit your request in writing to worldtourandtravelg@gmail.com. Please be aware that any changes are subject to availability. It is important to note that the revised booking will be treated as a new reservation. If the modification is made within the cancellation period, a cancellation fee will be applicable, similar to if a cancellation was made on the date of the amendment request. Please be advised that the cancellation charges will adhere to the policies set by the airline and hotel.
Visa and Immigration Information:
The visa requirements for entering Australia depend on the duration of your stay and the purpose of your visit. It is important to have a valid airline e-ticket copy before you travel. There is no specific minimum passport validity required to enter Australia, but you must have a valid passport and visa when boarding your flight. Make sure to carry your visa, itinerary, and hotel confirmation with you. It is also recommended to have travel insurance.
When arriving in Australia, there is no requirement to have a return ticket, but you must depart before your visa expires. You will need to complete an incoming passenger card upon arrival. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays in obtaining your visa due to document submission or embassy processing. Any costs incurred as a result of such delays are the responsibility of the customer.
All visitors, except citizens of New Zealand, must obtain a visa before traveling to Australia. If you are visiting for a holiday of less than three months, the type of visa you will most likely need is an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) visa.
