– The initial booking amount is set at a minimum of Rs. 50,000.
– A complete payment of 100% is required 21 days before the scheduled travel date.

– Should the client fail to comply, the company retains the right to cancel the booking and retain the initial deposit.
– In the event of a visa rejection, cancellation fees will amount to Rs. 30,000 per person, in addition to any visa fees incurred.
– Passports must remain valid for at least six months from the departure date.
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel will incur a fee of 10% of the total tour value.
– For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before travel, a fee of 50% of the total cost will apply.
– Cancellations within 15 days of travel are entirely non-refundable.
– International check-in is at 1500 hours, while check-out is at 1100 hours; early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and incur additional charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
