– An additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person must be submitted within one week after booking.
– For travel arrangements made within 45 days of departure, a minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
– The full balance payment, amounting to 100%, must be completed 21 days before the travel date.
– Adherence to the payment policy is mandatory; failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the client’s tour or booking, with forfeiture of any deposits made.
– In the event of a visa rejection, a cancellation fee of Rs. 40,000 per person will apply, with the remaining amount refunded.
– Passports must remain valid for at least six months from the departure date.
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to travel will incur a fee of 10% of the total tour value, while cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before travel will incur a fee of 50%.
– Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are non-refundable, and international check-in is at 1500 hours with check-out at 1100 hours, subject to availability for early check-in and check-out.
